I would check your fuel system first you said when you turn left the fuel pours OUT! that means there is nothing from stopping dust dirt and small dried out peices of the hose from falling IN! the running hot could be the lean condition it is running in due to fuel starvation.You also say it starts and runs after it sits awile sounds like floaties in the tank to me.
