In an ongoing effort to nitpick this problem, will the engine start cold, idle fine, then as it comes up in temperature, lose the ability to idle unless the choke is progressively closed.

If you start the cold engine with the truck sitting at the curb, never move it, and let it idle, will it sit there running forever, or will it eventually die by itself?
