I pulled trailers with them back in the 50's when thats all we had. I don't want to go back to those days. I like driving my old jalopies for fun. Pulling a trailer with them was work as Jerry described. I use my 09 2500HD to pull trailers and it makes pulling trailers fun. I recently scrapped a 76 Cad with a 500. I kept the drive train in case I ever want to build something like Jerry describes. The car was a very low miler. But it belonged to a guy who drove a couple of years too long and it had a lot of parking lot scrapes.
