It may be that the linkage needs adjusting to let it go all the way into park. I'd put wheel chocks under all the wheels, or put it on jack stands, and disconnet the rod to the lever on the side of the tranny. Then see if the "arm" will move into the park position and if it does then see if the wheels spin or not. If they don't then adjust the lever/rod to the "arm" on the tranny and you should be in business....depending on what your running or if its a aftermarket kit that you can adjust...or you may have to buy one.
