Don't jump on me for this, but 19ci between a 216 and 235 isn't that big of a difference and any of the 235 era carbs should work reasonably well. I prefer the Carter YF over the Rochestor B. It's a great carb and easy to work with, but there were many variations of that same carb over a span of years.
