It looks like someone has installed a later-model 235 mainfold on your 216. That's possible with a set of stepped-down alignment rings in the intake ports. You'll probably need to find a 216 intake, and then get the correct-size carb for a 216 engine. Even if you find a carb that fits the manifold, it's not likely to be calibrated to work with a 216.
