Hy Josh_51GMC, you may have a vacuum leak, or some cylinders that are just not contributing. Have you done a compression check yet? Do you have a vacuum gauge that you could hook up to the manifold vacuum with the engine running? Those two things will tell you a lot about how the engine will run.
