Are there some 235 engines with out casting numbers? I'm looking at a parts engine and no amount of wire brushing has exposed the casting number in the expected location (just in front and below distributer in sidemount area) Best guess is that this is around 53-54 235 truck engine. Egine attached to floor shift four speed. No head. Engine id # appears to be 00I2251F54X. Trying to figure out if this engine has a flywheel with an 10 3/4 inch clutch.
