I had to order some parts anyway, so I got some scans of IHC engine mounts. The top drawing is an older style that uses the 479237C1 insulator and it does use a big washer on it. A vin that uses this mount is NC56583. The bottom illustration is a later style which I now use. A Vin that uses this insulator is XC086003.
International can identify the vehicle from the last 8. Both of these mounts were used with engines up to 1800 ft lbs of torque and are readily available. In fact I would give someone the 479237C1 for the shipping. Mine are old enough to be made in USA.
