I am ready to have the grill either polished or chromed - I believe it is stainless. Looking at removal, the lower bolts seem to present a challenge. Is the easiest way to get at them to remove the radiator? Looks like I could also remove the bumper and pan to get at them, but that disturbs the paint at the seams. Just seems no other way to get at them pesky critters.
