to start, unless someone had it custom made, it's not SS .... shouldn't need to do anything with the rad, but you will "disturb paint", you can get at the bolts behind the top bar by just removing the sheet metal piece from it to the core support top, and the bottom ones should be removeable from under, but the easiest way is to remove the splash pan with the grill .... this one is just set in place with the orange part still attached to the grill ... there's also the side ones that are easiest to get with the wheels off

note also that if you have it rechromed, the only way to get a good job is to totally dis-assemble it, if you're not building a show truck it might be easier to clean, polish and wax it
