There was a place in the Denver area that catered to the DIY crowd by renting temporary garage space to them. Had hoists, air, paint booth, heavy tools, etc. but I'm not sure it's still around nor any idea of how the liability insurance was determined or covered. Great idea for those city bound folk who don't have the facilities to DYI. When I painted my truck I "borrowed" a guys paint booth, bought materials, etc from him and he "found" some money under his salad plate at lunch one day....hmmm.

If you think EPA and state regulatory agencies are tough in WA & VA check out CA some time. They have managed to virtually eliminate someone opening a new business. Bush's fault no doubt.
