Hope all works well for you Dave, going on 3 months now with the rapid air system and I love it, the air outlets are awesome and I talked with a one of their sales rep. ladies on the phone before and she was great to deal with as well.
I think I would go after H-F with a legal if they were doing that with my co.'s product.
