No this is a late model 235 with insert bearings. I had a look when I pulled off the main cap to change the rear seal.
All of my readings were at operating temps and when I start up initially the pressure goes right to the middle of the gauge, be it 30 or whatever. Only after driving it for a while does the pressure drop when I come to an idle. I will not say it is zero as it seems to indicate between the middle notch and zero.
