I have stock plugs in this and have adjusted the gap from .035 to .065 in .005 increments to see if that helped. No effect

Tonight I checekd the voltage to the coil
5.99 volts with the key on and the engine off
6.54 volts with the engine running.

I am thinking this is the dizzy. I will replace the cap and rotor again just to be sure and adjust the valves (valves wouls cause a misfire but not irregular spark)
