Today i did everything that everyone suggested short of replacing the dizzy.
I cleand and recehcked all my grounds. I ran a ground from the distributor housing to the grouns strap. I cleaned all the contacts i could find including the contacts in the cap and rotor.
It still misses but it is about 5 times better than before.
I took it for a ride and it starts better, runs better and purrs on the highway.
I still have to rebulid the carb and adjust the valves but today was a good day in Stovebolt history ay my house.
Also changed the oil and the rear end lube...while i was under there anyway.
