We probably can't do it here on the bolt (vendor bashing) but we need to pick one that we have stuff from right now that is below standards and then also have folks that experienced the same problems from the same vendor....then everyone send the stuff back for credit card credit and the others write a letter and send it postal and require a signature. Inside just simply state that if their suppliers do not get with the program we will no longer buy from them anymore and that WE will spread the word.
As I mentioned. We may have to do it "outside" the Bolt (converse by PM?) but we can do it.
