....this can also happen if you only make short runs in it and the engine never gets up to operating temperature. Then when you cut it off you get condensation. I'd change the oil and make sure it reaches operating temps each time you start it up and re-access.....
if you want a quick check for blown head gasket fill the raidator up and with the cap off watch the water to see if it bubbles...after it warms up and the water is circulating.
