if your a first time builder robin the s-10 swap might be abit over welming, might be easyer for a first time builder just to get a mid 60s chev car rear a 350/350 combo and just change out motor mounts radiator, disk brakes are nice and showy but the drum brakes work just fine unless your planning on doing alot of racing wouldn't worry bout weather it has disk brakes or not :)the s-10 conversion you will have to know alot about fabrication and body work to get the thing to sit right on the frame
