Well I'd advise that you at least look it over first and see what all is included. Generator, starter, carb, manifolds, an 848 head? Maybe it's really a 261?
I just looked at the pictures and if that is it then RUN don't walk to see the guy and pay him quick. There are guys who would eagerly give you the 40 bucks back just for the oil filter. Lots of other goodies too.
