Ah, I did not see your post when I was searching... Well, I am in the same boat here...
I am glad to know I am not alone at least. I got mine from the same place as you did and I am starting to get a little upset about it. Mine was a kit that I got about 2 years ago where it had all the rubber in the kit.
Has anyone got new ones installed that worked right and where did they come from. I guess I just need to order a new pair.
