This is for sure the strips (anti rattle pieces). I am using the same glass and I did not take the bracket off the glass. So same as it was new in 64. Just the strips are for real catching the edged of the metal bracket on the glass.... I can feel it in there with my finger and see the door panel move when it hits.
I must just got some crappy parts. I need to see if another company has better ones.. These do not fit flush with the top edged either.. They sit down in there about 1/4.. and that is about what the glass need to make it to the top...
So if someone has just got some new ones for a 64-66 that do fit right, can you tell me where you got them? Please?
