You didn't put them in upside-down, did ya?
Mine came from LMC, and the driver's side is doing what you describe. My theory is that the window goes up a little further than it should (or is just out of whack) 'cuz the rest of the seals/guides are shot. I don't want to replace all that stuff until I paint.
