Yes, rear end is lubed from differential gear oil and it doesn't hurt to put a little bearing grease in bearings before assembly, as far as the seals, be sure they have a light coating of lube before assembly. And be careful not to damage them when sliding axle's in. Did you inspect pinion bearings and seals while you were in that deep?
