Current catalogs don't have all the older transmissions listed so this a problem but I'll keep looking if you'll supply the rest of the needed info.
Spicer brand tranny isn't listed at all in current Chelsea catalog. No 5831 in Muncie catalog. Using an auxillary transmission probably isn't the best choice anyway as the main would have to be engaged in order for it to run PTO. Question: why would a 1.5 ton have an auxillary transmission? Most old Chev. had 4 speed SM420 GM trannys. | | |
