I think that you are going to find that answers will vary. IMO for an OEM motor that has been cared for and less than 70-80k miles. I would like to see 30# warmed up and at idle. If it shows around 20# it's showing signs of wear and thoughts of rebuilding should be considered. I'd also consider what my compression is and balance that off against the oil pressure. When the motor is showing less than 10# warmed up and at idle I'd consider it very marginal.
As an example the 327 that was in my 68 C20 had been taken care of. It had 120k on the motor and showed a little under 30# warmed up and at idle. It was replaced because it decided to crack a head.
