I sprayed it on, let it set for 10-15 minutes, keeping it wet, then rinsed. The result looks splotchy, although it feels even. Is that normal? Rinsed with what, water? That usually results in rust. You should apply it, wipe off the excess and let it dry. Splotchy how?  | | | |
