Well, I did some searching and came up with some results. I understand the concept that the drum basically just sets over the shoes and only screws(if any) and the wheel holds them on. I tried to get a screw driver in to adjust the shoes in(which way, up or down?) but I don't even know if I'm getting it to adjust. After that the only thing I can gather is that you need a big hammer.
