Actually, that's about the average price for a brake hardware kit for 1 axle. I took a look, didn't see any listings for the hardware kit from any of the flaps sites. I do know that many of the springs are used on later trucks (like the hold down springs), so you may be able to match them up at he flaps if they can't get a kit.
