Your brakes are the most important safety feature on your truck (the steering assembly is next in line). They money you spend on this system is well spent.
If your brake parts are rusted out badly, most likely the hardware is also in bad shape.
Here is a hardware kit for two wheels. It says that the kit includes the return springs but I do not see them in the picture. This is an expensive kit but I have not seen the parts sold by other companies. Maybe someone will post a better source.
