Yes I suspect your right. I do recall upfitting air brakes trucks with tractor kits in the late 60's and up. I had a 4070A that had the yellow button however. It may have been a late one but being a Cornbinder anything was possible. As the old saying goes "they never built two alike".
It also had my first and last double breasted Yamaha in it.
