PROBLEM SOLVED:
It was the drive shaft. I had Inland Truck Repair in KC, Missouri make me a new driveshaft. The rearend was converted to a 1969 3:73 so it was an open drive shaft.
This solved the shimmy problem. Never thought the steering wheel would vibrate so bad because of the drive shaft.
