I guess that I answered my own question. There's the flywheel, a rubber looking disc which I suppose is the clutch, and that's all I can see. When it's not pushed in, there's no gap, but when it is, there's a gap. So the clutch IS working right. So my engine is stuck. , And the transmission stuck in gear. ,
