Ok, well, my brother helped me and he said that the clutch needed adjusted. That would explain not being able to shift gears. He said that the clutch wasn't disengaging, and that it was hitting the frame rail. That is also true because the pedal travel is about 2-4 inches instead of 3/16 to an inch like it's supposed to be.
