Well, fortunately I got the NOS bits from Jim Carter and the part number is 3720696 (barely can read) which is the Kaiser K40G kit. Their part is 3x the cost of the Jim Carter one, but considering labor and time savings, it may work out the same, or close enough. I am out of town next week, but definitely going to give this a lot of thought.

Thanks Spanky - their product does look like a big step up with the grease grooved king pins and spiral steel bushings.
