Whoa, back up to Ken's post. The king pins in the Royal kit have the ends turned down?So you install one bearing,put the spindle in place, push in the king pin then press in the remaining bearing?
There used to be or still are pin kits for larger trucks using a stainless spiral wound "bushing" to be used in place of soft bushings for king pins and spring eye pins. I used them many times on medium trucks where they outlasted soft bushings in problem situations.
