As with Jon I grew up in a a rural area and not many Chryslers around but I seem to recall the 1st semi-automatics they used had a clutch pedal and three on the tree. I thought they used torque ampliphiers or converters which allowed you to take off in high gear. But I'm a foggy on early Chryslers because we were Oldsmobile people.

Now it's time for some football and pumpkin pie washed down with a couple of fingers of Crown Royal so don't make this old grandpa remember anymore today. Pretty hard on my worn down ol' brain.
