Why not change the tranny Dennis? It'd certainly help you out, and you may not need to change the rear, cuz you're running 3.55 already, and with a T5 it'd work out ok. Yeah, try the tires, they certainly make a difference, just remember to check your speedo, otherwise you wont be getting the right mileage/gas/speed, if the truck doesn't know what size of tires you have on.
