Hy Shellology, are you saying that your rear wheels are locked up with the brakes not applied? Those adjuster wheels are something an engineer dreamed up to test a mechanics patience, just keep woking at them you'll get there eventually. Try adjusting the fronts until the wheels won't turn, then back them off until they just turn, this should give you the same braking action side to side. If that does not cure the problem with the fronts then I think the metering valve may be at fault, I guess I'm too old school, I still don't see the need for a front metering valve, hope that helps.
