All I can say for sure is that my truck has a quite pronounced hump. The floor mat pad bought from Jimmy Carter measures 70 inches in width which is about right for the pad. The floormat, also bought from Jimmy Carter for a 1960 3-spd fits well on the drivers side but is seriously lacking in width on the passenger side. Needs another 4 inches at least and bunches wrong near the firewall at center. The matting on each side (smooth in the center) distributes such that it is obvious it was made for a lower hump. The bolt in pan is original and has no hole in it. It does not appear to have ever been removed. There is no evidence the truck ever had a 4-speed in it.
In a previous thread about door glass frames, there was a posting , probably in February this year, saying 1/2 ton trucks were produced in 1960 that did not have framed glass. In the Classic Parts of America catalog, page 6, there are listings for window channel for glass with and without metal frames.
