I don't have the title # handy but yes it is the engine # and is consistent with a '50 pickup. The engine definitely has been replaced because it has Hyd lifters. It really doesn't matter a lot but I am just trying to get an idea of the origin of the engine. I will try to get the block casting #. Thanks Richard
