Here a hit & run is a felony if damage is more than $1000, but they still won't do anything about it. Now if somone sees it-diff story. My wife saw a fella hit a parked car @Wal*Mart in North Little Rock, left a note on the car w/license #. You woulda thought this guy took the Lindberg baby. The cops called my wife at least 4 times, got camera evidence from Wal*Mart & the man's receipt where he had been in Wal*Mart at the same time. Was something like $1500 damage to the car. The State fuzz doesn't even want to write a report. In some towns here they say parking lot accidents are "private property" & will not come out at all. Brian
