Some guys have all the work they want- they will quote high to get rid of you. Some guys don't have enough work, they will quote low to get you in the door and then charge you more as they do the work. Both of these guys won't really care about your story or what you want done. The guy you want will want to see your vehicle and go over with you exactly what you expect.
