My truck is in the process of paint right now. The basecoat, clear, additives, reducers, primers, etc. cost about $880. The painter has so far 35 hours in time (about $950). Probably still have another $400 or $500 to invest. But, this is Dupont paint in show condition. The EPA has the paint supply cost sky-high.
