I know a guy that stripped his car of all the chrome, did his own body work, did 90% of the prep for Maaco and got a real respectable paint job.

I am of the opinion that if someone does nothing but paint cars all day he/she has got to get the hang of it after a while. It's not in the shooting that they come up short, it's in the prep work.
