Do a search on here for the power steering question. There have been many of us asking that same question with knowledgeable replies.
The body bushings are the same for 1/2 through 1 ton. Check your cab supports. They might be rotted and causing the cab to droop. The bed is usually fastened rigid to the frame so it sets right, unless the floor is rotted away in the bed, then it might droop too.
