chevy duty, or... as it is now known as... classic parts of america. I do not believe it sponsors the 'bolt or has ever sponsored it. I could be wrong tho'... they might have supplied some doodads for contests maybe... but American Classic(totally different website and company) usually does all of that stuff - yay for us.

Keep calling CPA and talk to someone else... if nothing else, tell them to put a marker/disclaimer on the part on their site and in future catalogs... many other vendors do this... 'not as original, but will work' or 'not as original, trim to fit' etc..
