Sounds like you've got a leaky brake line or a hugegantic bubble in the system.
When you pump the brakes, does the pedal come back?
If not, then check your brake lines. Verify that all of your connections are tight and you don't have brake fluid leaking from a line break somewhere. Then go ahead and rebleed your brakes. You should be golden.
