When I placed order they did not tell me some of the parts were backordered. When they did ship backordered items they charged 6 or 7 bucks to ship something that an envelope with $.37 stamp would cover. Since I placed a big order there were numerous backordered items and the handling fees nearly ate my lunch. Then as others have said they always treat me like an idiot when I called.
Jim Carter is my man. He is imperfect but he is a good honest man who cares. When an employee makes a mistake it is on Jim's dime, no questions asked.
