i've had problems with one or two of the companies we all use, and ordering elsewhere sounds great, but unfortunately, there are times when only 1 or 2 places have what you need. so, i ask for UPS shipping so I get a tracking number and i always call the next day and the next and the next until they tell me its been shipped and having a tracking number. i then confirm the number on ups.com and wait.
that seems to help keep my blood pressure down a litte anyways.
